Hi guys, I only left yesterday, and I can say that going on an airplane is awesome. In total, I had 3 flights to take; one from Quebec to Montreal, the second one from Montreal to London, and the last one was London to Cork. At first, when my parents dropped me off, I was super stressed. I had them repeat to me what was going to happen at least 10 times to calm me down. I got on my flight, and I met a wonderful couple. We got to talk a lot and I was glad to be with them on my first flight ever.
Then before going on my second flight to London, I meet a woman in front of my seat who was my savior. She also had to go to the same country, so we took off together. We had a great conversation about where we were going and why. Sadly, we separated on the plane, but I wished her a good time in the beautiful city of London. On my second flight, I was lucky again because there was nobody beside me. During the flight, I watched movies and played games on the little screen in front of me. It was quite fun!
Then for my last flight, not much happened but when I tried to meet with my taxi driver it was a challenge but, in the end, we found each other with an extra volunteer with whom I became great friend. We got to the hostel, and I met other volunteers who came from different countries. In brief, even if of all that happened, you don’t need to stress too much because it will always go the right way.
